Create an account

Setting up your account is quick and easy! Simply download the QikZip app from the Apple Store or Google Play and select "Register Now." Follow the prompts to enter your email address, name and phone number, and then select a password that is easy to remember. Once complete, you can start a new delivery!

Manage your account

QikZip was designed to allow our users to easily navigate through the website and the app. To manage your account on our website, login to access your past orders, profile, payment details and your wallet. In the app, tap the hamburger menu and tap on your profile picture to update your account information and/or reset your password. Need Help? QikZip offers secure payment through a credit or debit card. We use PCI compliant partners, which means your information is protected. Adding and selecting a preferred payment method will allow you to start a new delivery. When your delivery is completed, your selected payment method is charged.

To add a payment method:
  • Select Payment from your app menu
  • Tap add payment method
  • Enter credit or debit card details

Transaction Currency

We accept payments in U.S. Dollars (USD). Our acceptable form of payment is a debit or credit card. Payments can be made with a Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover.

Refund Policy & Cancellation Fee

You might have been charged a cancellation fee if, once a Zipper accepted your request, you canceled the ride more than 1 minute after your driver accepted it

A cancellation fee won't apply if we detect that your Zipper hasn't made progress to your location.

Do you think that you were charged an erroneous fee?
What looks like a charge on this trip is likely an authorization hold. An authorization hold is a temporary hold equal to the amount of the upfront fare shown in your app plus 30% for additional requested services that may arise during an errand. QikZip may place the authorization hold on your payment method when you request a trip.

These temporary holds also allow us to protect against overages and fraud from unauthorized card usage and should not actually be charged to your account. While these holds are immediately voided on our end, it might take a few business days to reflect back in your account, depending on your bank's policies.

Security Capabilities and policy for transmission of payment card details

Customer Information Policy
When you place an order through your user account or the QikZip App, you need to be registered and log­ged into your account.
From your account, we will capture your name, email addre­ss and phone number. You will be required to manually enter your credit card details as an acceptable payment method within your account. This information ­allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully.

Customer Information Protection
When you place orders, we use a secure ­server. The secure server software (SSL)­ encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, all of­ the sensitive customer data we collect ­is protected by several layers of encryption and several layers of security to ­prevent unauthorized access.

Credit Card Details
All credit card payments are processed ­securely through the Stripe Payment Gateway.

SSL Certificate
We offer Credit Card payments for all our registered users. Credit ­Card payments are made directly through ­a SSL Encryption software to ensure your personal details are kept safe.
